Difficult to grant a star for the service I received. I brought a nice and old Breitling for repair (broken bracelet). Didn't get any phone call in 2 weeks, called but no answer, emailed twice without response. Went there and picked-up my watch back un-repaired. I also informed about the lack of communication and got a very nice "sorry". Last but not least, I also receive a very nice advice: "for such watch you'd rather go and see an independent watch-repairman." Needless to say that I could not believe my ears. In short, medieval service. By the way I am also sorry for Breitling to be represented by such an amateur shop in the center of beautiful Aix. Big disconnect.

Very warm welcome from the Raynal team. I was able to set aside a watch before making my decision. Thanks to Renaud for his time spent explaining how the watch works and advice in general (Well the Panerai has an automatic winder..lol). I recommend visiting this watch shop.

I emailed this company privately in hopes that they would acknowledge my bad experience and apologize. Unfortunately, not responding to my email again weeks later confirms that this company stands above customer service. Customers willing to shell out large sums of money should feel grateful just to be in their presence. Not me, I bought elsewhere where I felt like a valued customer! Given the competition, I didn't need to go far and bought two watches elsewhere. English I emailed this business privately in hopes that they would acknowledge my poor experience and apologise. Unfortunately by not answering my email still weeks later, validates that this business holds itself above customer service. Customers willing to shell out large sums of money need feel grateful just to be in their presence. Not me, I purchased elsewhere where I was made to feel like a valued customer! Considering the competition, I didn’t need to go far and purchased two watches elsewhere.

2 years after my first message: I came to visit this Rolex dealer, I was able to speak with a salesman who was very competent. He was able to listen to my request and place me on a waiting list while waiting for the Grail in a few months. I prefer to wait a few months and work with local businesses rather than the gray market. Looking forward to returning to this store. I am reposting a review on this store. No follow-up from them, apart from telling me that their clients are notaries, doctors, that they spend €80/100K to move to the top of the basket... Ultimately you are not up to the mark at the Crown.
